Vessel Aquisition
We identify and acquire vessels that meet our technical and commercial criteria. We value quality, suitability, and long-term potential to ensure a reliable service. Each acquisition is evaluated carefully, reflecting our disciplined approach to capital deployment and market timing.
Operational Setup
Following the acquisition, the vessel is placed under third-party technical and commercial management with Columbia Shipmanagement. Crewing, class compliance, insurance, and regulatory obligations are structured in accordance with established international standards, ensuring full operational readiness.
Once fully integrated, the vessel is positioned for time charter employment with established charterers. We focus on structured agreements that provide commercial stability while maintaining operational integrity to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.
